Hi, I'm Leia

Roost grew from managing our own portfolio of shared homes in Norwich.

Having experienced life in an HMO myself, I saw first-hand how much difference good management can make. It's often the little things that matter most. Clean communal spaces. Quick communication. Proactive maintenance. Treating people with respect.

Today, Roost manages over 60 units across Norwich, helping tenants find homes they'll enjoy living in and landlords enjoy complete peace of mind.

  • Once your application, referencing and Right to Rent checks have been completed, we can often arrange move-in quickly. Many applicants are able to move within a matter of days.

  • Yes. Eligible applicants can choose between a traditional deposit or a deposit replacement option, helping to reduce upfront moving costs.

  • No. While we have extensive experience managing HMOs and shared accommodation, we also support landlords with a range of residential lettings and property management services.

  • We acknowledge maintenance issues promptly and work with trusted contractors to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Emergency issues are prioritised, while routine repairs are typically arranged within a few days.
